The early bird discount/standard conference price includes: Friday night welcome pizza party, one free Friday Night Seminar, Saturday's continental breakfast, all Saturday panels and sessions, Saturday’s box lunch, an agent pitch session, Sunday's full breakfast and Sunday’s presentations and panels. You will be asked to indicate if you wish to participate in these events when you register online.

Payment: Checks should be made out to MWA. Participants paying via Paypal will be considered confirmed immediately. Participants paying via check will be considered Pending until a check is received. Because of the large number of people who want to attend the conference, we must receive your check within two weeks of your registration.
Refunds: Until September 15, 2013, we will refund your registration fee minus Paypal and any other applicable processing fees. No refunds after September 15.
Attendance cap: Our goal is to keep the conference small to provide everyone with the best opportunities for networking. Therefore, attendance is capped at 250 registrants. The registration list on this website also includes all the panelists, experts, agents, editors and committee members. Registration is strictly on a first-come, first-served basis.
Waiting list: Once our registration cap has been reached, people attempting to register will be offered the opportunity to sign up for our waiting list. In the past, we have been able to admit many people from the waiting list. When we receive a cancellation, the person at the top of the waiting list is notified automatically by our registration system and has 48 hours to accept or decline the spot. If the potential registrant declines the spot or fails to respond, the system moves on to the next person.
